Monthly capacity of over half a million brake-pad products ANTCH Industries was established in 1995, and our main products are brake pads, brake linings, brake shoes, brake-pad fitting kits, brake-pad back plates and more. Our full line of production machinery, including mold pressing machines from Taiwan, means we can punch out each detail to your exact preference. Each month, our expansive production lines make up to 60,000 commercial vehicle pads, half a million passenger-car pads, 50,000 sets of brake lining, and 80,000 brake shoes.

Managed under ISO 9001:2000- and TS 16949-certified guidelines, our production facilities for brake pads and brake linings occupy over 50,000m2. Our partner factory for brake shoes stretches across 150,000m2.
Scorched for smooth 1st-time braking
Our brake pads are scorched under 650oC to reduce bedding time. Resisting up to 650oC of heat with a shear strength of 500 N/cm2, they can withstand burning temperatures. Smooth, noiseless braking and a service life of 80,000 to 100,000 kilometers are additional benefits.
Over 1,200 references and formulae
With over a decade of R&D knowledge, our engineers have developed over 1,200 brake-pad references for passenger cars, and 128 references for commercial vehicles, heavy trucks and buses. In our fully equipped R&D and testing facilities, we've designed eight different formulae for the production of brake pads according to varying road and climate conditions.
